Preventative Care
Regular physical exams are the best way to catch undetected problems, we recommend yearly physical exams for all pets. Services we provide in the home setting can include the following:
- Comprehensive physical examination
- Vaccinations as indicated based on the age and lifestyle of the pet
- Fecal testing to check for internal parasites
- Nutritional assessment and advice
- Lab work to test internal body function
Medical care
The following concerns can have some medical tests and treatments provided in the home:
- Ear, eye, and skin issues
- Urinary concerns
- Vomiting, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal problems
- Pain and discomfort
- Unexplained weight loss or gain
Sometimes additional tests and medical care must be provided in a veterinary hospital facility, which will have the necessary equipment or even veterinary specialists if needed. In that situation, we will be happy to help connect you with a hospital in your area that will provide your pet with excellent care.
